Terms of Service

Estimates & quotes

All estimates provided by Beck's Fence Co. are free and without obligation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

Quotes are based on the information and site conditions known at the time of the estimate. Concealed conditions (rock, buried debris, unmarked utilities, disputed property lines) may require a written change order agreed by both parties before work proceeds.

Scheduling & installation

Start dates are confirmed in writing. Weather, material availability, and permitting timelines may affect scheduling; we will communicate any changes promptly.

The customer is responsible for confirming property lines and, where required, providing a recent survey. We coordinate 811 utility marking as part of standard installation.

Payment terms

Payment terms are stated on each quote or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required to order materials, with the balance due upon substantial completion.

Warranty

Our craftsmanship warranty covers installation workmanship as stated in your written contract. Manufacturer material warranties (where applicable) are provided by the material manufacturer and passed through to the customer.

Warranties do not cover damage from acts of nature, ground movement unrelated to installation, alterations by others, or lack of maintenance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Fayette County, Kentucky.
